Flight Club, Bird’s new book club, takes off this month with Whistler by Ann Patchett. Led by Bird’s book buyer, Amy Soe, Flight Club is all about bringing readers together to share great books and better conversation.
The club will unfold throughout the store, with something for every kind of reader. If you enjoy diving deep into a book, Amy will lead a seated discussion in the back bay, exploring memorable characters, themes, and favorite moments. Seating is first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early to snag a spot.
Looking for a more relaxed experience? Gather with fellow readers throughout the store and use our provided discussion cards to spark conversation at your own pace.
RSVP required! To keep the evening intimate and optimal for discussion, the capacity is 40 people. Depending on demand, we will schedule additional meetings. Flight Club members receive 10% of every book pick and an exclusive bookmark to track, rate, and remember the year's reads.
Flight Club meets on the last Tuesday of every month* from 7-8:30 PM. We'll see you on Tuesday, June 30th!
